Dublin's Brian Taaffe delivers his third EP of 2009. The prolific output is matched by the sheer quality of the remix companions. To kick the summer off in style Brian Taaffe and Dublin Xpress have enlisted the talents of Brazil's Truati, John Gibbons + Simon Tist, DXR label mate Scott Curtis and Rainey.
Full on Minimal Techno is the predominant sound however Scott Curtis drops a little house into the mix, Truati gets right and hard and Gibbons + Tist get a little bit big. All in all this is easily Taaffe's strongest release this year that has seen him remix the creme de la creme of Irish producers and continue to collaborate with some of the UKs foremost exponents of Minimal.
As a DJ Brian's career goes from strength to strength and his show on RTE's Pulse is one of the most popular techno shows i Ireland. One to watch my arse, now is the time for Brian Taaffe so get ready.
