¿How can I find the products I am looking for?

''We have tried to make phonomonkey.com as simple as possible for the user. The home page shows a selection of current essential titles, updated weekly and divided per format (vinyl, cd and mp3), as well as the latest music news and relevant events. The website also features a search engine with which you can find anything you want by indicating either format, genre, label, artist name or title.''

¿How can I register?

''Enter your information into the registration area located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It is very important that you enter all your information correctly, indicating your shipping address- To avoid any possible delays or incidents with the delivery of your purchases, and your contact number- So we can contact you if there are any problems on route, but of most importance is your email address, without which we will be unable to process your order. If you have already registered, all you need to do is enter your user name and password and let the shopping begin! It is not mandatory to enter your password to listen to audio files, read news, look at new releases, or general browsing. If you forget your password at any time, enter your email in the registration area and hit the box below titled ´Forgotten my password´´ and we will email it to you. Once registered, you will be able to modify your shipping, invoicing, and contact details as well as see your order history.''

For best results and to insure a maximum fill, we recommend browsing through the new release section first. You can browse page by page listening to the audio files of the titles that interest you and read the descriptions of each. If you are interested in ordering or purchasing said title, all you have to do is click on the option that best suits you and follow the instructions on your shopping cart. Then we recommend you take a look through the artist and label sections as well as through the genres section where you can find back catalogue for a very low price.''

¿How can I listen to the audio?

''Simply click the ´play´box for each track. You can listen to up to 60 seconds of audio of any title on phonomonkey.''

¿Is VAT included in the price?

''All prices shown on the website include VAT. The invoice you receive will show an itemised list of costs for each title. Shipments within and outside of the EU will include 16% VAT.”

¿What payment methods can I use?

''Phonomonkey.com uses the 'Verified by Visa' system from La Caixa which is completely secure. We will ask you for your PIN number to confirm the order so that no one other than yourself can use your credit card. All types of cards with a system of verification on the part of the issuing banking company are accepted except American Express or Diners.''
