¿How often is the website updated with new releases?
''Every week we receive more than 100 new and exciting releases to our warehouse which we display in the various sections of the website (New Releases, Catologue, Offers…). All of these are made available to you as soon as we get them.''
¿How does the Shopping Cart work?
''You can add any items listed on the website to your shopping cart simply by clicking ´buy`. Once you have finalised your order all you have to do is follow the instructions on the payment page to proceed to delivery.''
¿How much does it cost to ship my order?
''The shipping costs are calculated by taking the delivery address and form of shipment, as well as the combined weight of the package into consideration. For deliveries to mainland Spain, Phonomonkey.com uses K10/Envialia Express Shipping whilst all shipments outside Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, use Correos (Postal Express and Paquete Azul).''
¿How long does it take for the delivery of my order?
''Delivery times vary and are determined by the location and form of shipping. Once the payment process is complete, you will be informed of your estimated delivery time on the website. Shipments within the peninsula and to the Balearic Islands will arrive 24 to 48 hours after we have received the payment, whilst deliveries to the Canary Islands and abroad will arrive between 48 hours and 5 days depending on the country. Please allow longer for shipments outside Europe. Keep in mind there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.''
¿How do I know when my order has been sent?
''As soon as payment confirmation is received we will proceed to send you your order and an email will be sent to you to inform you that your shipment has left the warehouse.''
¿What should I do if an article arrives in a poor condition or damaged?
''Contact us by email at orders@phonomonkey.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery indicating the state of the items and we will address it as quickly as possible. You will need to return the goods to us so that we can either replace them with new copies or reimburse you with the price of the product. We shall indicate to you how to return goods to us. No COD (cash on delivery), postage dues, or unauthorised returns will be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in their original box and with a copy of the packing list or invoice.''
¿What should I do if I receive a wrong title or something is missing from my shipment?
''Contact us via email at orders@phonomonkey.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and indicate to us which items are missing or have been sent incorrectly and we will address it as soon as we can. If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items once you send them back to us. We shall indicate to you how to return goods to us. No COD (cash on delivery), postage dues, or unauthorised returns will be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in their original box and with a copy of the packing list or invoice.''
¿What can I do if I do not now want any of the titles I have received?
''Phonomonkey.com does not accept returns of unwanted goods, items ordered by mistake, or deteriorated goods. Before you receive your package, you will receive a list of all the items being shipped to you. All the titles can be previewed and judged previous to buying; therefore we do not accept returns for personal reasons.''
¿Do I have to pay any taxes or customs fees?
''For shipments outside the EU some customers may find they have to pay additional custom fees to on the products prior to their entry into the country. We cannot control these situations nor are we responsible for those fees. If the customer does not pay those customs fees the shipment may be destroyed by the authorities in question and Phonomonkey.com cannot refund the cost of the items to the customer. Residents of the EU do not have to pay any customs fees.''
¿How can I be sure that the titles are in stock?
''The website is in continuous sync with our warehouse database. The actual stock in our warehouse is represented on the website. However, stock control errors do happen or an article may run out during the ordering process, even after payment has been made. If this happens we will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and then try to resolve it.''
¿Can I collect my order directly from the warehouse?
Yes, at the time of finalising your order, you have to send us an email at orders@phonomonkey.com stating the number of your order and informing us that you have the intention of picking it up here, we will then contact you when it is ready so that you can come and collect it.
At the end of the buying process you will still be obliged to pay the sending fees, but you will be refunded the entire amount.

¿Are all tracks compatible with my mp3 player?
''All of Phonomonkey.com´s digital catalogue is compatible with all MP3 players, including iPods, and all our tracks are free of DRM and Watermark copyrights.
The MP3 format available to download is in 320kbps and together with the audio download you will also receive the album cover in JPG form. Once the download has finished both the MP3 and JPG file will be stored within the designated folder.''
¿Is there any quality control on the files?
''At Phonomonkey.com we aim to offer an exquisite selection of underground music from different genres. We are receiving hundreds of tracks on a weekly basis from record labels and digital distributors. We do not normalize, re-master or engineer our files in any way. The music available on our site is a true reflection of the received WAV file straight from the label or supplier. As the standards of quality differ for all labels, so will the music they produce.''
The track I want is not available in my preferred format
''At this stage we are only offering tracks on Mp3 320 kbps, which is the best Mp3 compression range and one of most popular choices within the music scene, either for professional dj’s or music lovers.''
¿How do I download a Track?
''Once you have completed the payment process you’ll be able to download your file in zip format to your PC, the file will include all your files plus the order summary and the release artwork.''
My download was interrupted or there is a problem with a file I have downloaded
''If this happens please contact us at support@phonomonkey.com and we will indicate how to download the file again.''
What if I do not like the tracks I have bought? Can I get a refund?
''No - All orders are on a ''firm sale'' basis and we cannot refund you unless the files downloaded are damaged or faulty. Please listen to the preview clips and check the details of the track(s) before placing your order.''
Territory Restrictions
''Availability of downloads is dependent on your area. By finding out your IP address we will be able to offer you the tracks available for download in your area.
Our working objective is to have the maximum availability of tracks available, without restrictions, to all our new users.''
